MOTION & 3DRodeo Production was growing from a boutique photography house into a multidisciplinary creative studio, with photographers, videographers, motion designers and 3D artists all under one roof. I was brought on to help every craft thrive together, from the inside out.

I represented and managed a roster of photographers, videographers, motion designers and 3D artists, matching the right talent to each brief and championing their growth as much as the studioโs.

As creative producer and strategic consultant, I coordinated productions across every craft and built what held them together: streamlined operations, team training and budget frameworks, so the studioโs expanding range never came at the cost of its creative integrity.
