I was engaged to assess, refine, and reimagine the systems behind the scenes – bringing operational clarity and strategic flow to a powerhouse creative environment. My role spanned production optimization, interdepartmental integration, and campaign delivery strategy – all designed to elevate execution without compromising creative fire.
